Homemade Fireworks is big, bold, and still smooth enough to detect some fun sweetness. We build it around Central American and African coffees (it shifts seasonally, because we'd rather chase the best beans than be boring about it), and we roast them until they hit that sweet spot where cocoa and brown sugar show up alongside a whisper of smokiness. Rich without being harsh. Toasty without being mean.
Best enjoyed black or out of a French press, no fuss, no frills. Just you and a cup that's got something to say.
