Homemade Fireworks is big, bold, and unapologetically dark. We build it around Central American and African coffees (it shifts seasonally, because we'd rather chase the best beans than be boring about it), and we roast them until they hit that sweet spot where cocoa and brown sugar show up alongside a whisper of smokiness. Rich without being harsh. Dark without being mean.
Best enjoyed black or out of a French press, no fuss, no frills. Just you and a cup that's got something to say.
We put as much love into this one as everything else we do — maybe more, honestly, because we think the old-school coffee drinkers deserve it too.
